Virtual Wine Tasting
Rombauer Winery will host this tasting event featuring their Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals. A half-bottle of each wine will be shipped directly to those who register and provide a shipping address. A signature is required for delivery, or you may ask FedEx to hold at a convenient facility for your pickup. This event will be held on the Remo platform, detailed instructions will be emailed to registered attendees and sponsor table hosts.
Connecting to Remo – Registered attendees will be emailed a link and detailed connection instructions to the Remo platform this week. Remo requires a good amount of bandwidth and it’s very important to review this information before event time, and to confirm your ability to connect.
Wine Delivery – Three half-bottles of wine from the Rombauer Winery is being shipped via FedEx to be delivered by Thursday, February 25, to registered attendees who provided a delivery address. Look for a shipping confirmation from FedEx with tracking information. Registered attendees who do not receive their wine at their designated delivery location, or who would like to make alternate delivery arrangements or arrange for pickup at a FedEx location, please contact FedEx through the shipping confirmation.

Effectively Handling the Most Critical Interview Questions - Part 1
In placing over 1,100 business professionals over the last 28 years, Jim Ashworth has conducted and documented over 5,000 interview follow-ups. Very simply, he has learned that there are four areas of an interview that will determine which of typically 3-5 candidates will get hired.
In Part 1 of this two-part program, Jim will be covering the first two areas: “Reasons for leaving previous positions” and “Tell me about yourself/why don’t you go over your resume.” He will explain why traditional answers don’t work and how to more effectively handle these questions. Jim plans to conduct multiple role plays on both these areas attendees can experience the differences and more positive outcomes.

PRF Reporting & Audit Requirements Update
The Office of Management and Budget released the Compliance Supplement Addendum on December 22, 2020, which contains guidance on auditing the Provider Relief Fund (PRF). Additionally, on December 27, 2020, the Federal Appropriations Act was passed, which includes new provisions that modify the scope of PRF payments. Furthermore, Congress authorized an additional $3 billion to be distributed. Finally, HHS provided updated reporting guidelines on January 15, 2021, which included pushing back the first reporting deadline. Join us for the latest information about the PRF reporting process and audit requirements as well as best practices on how to account for and track these funds in preparation.
