So how can you make the leap from an effective executive to joining a corporate board? Why would you want to? And once you do, how do you know you are doing it right. Hear from our distinguished panelists on how they navigated that chasm.

Career Management Holiday Networking Happy Hour | VIRTUAL
Perfect Pairings Social with DFW FENG: Wine + Dine + Social
The FEI/FENG Career Management meeting in December is the annual Holiday Happy Hour on the third Tuesday instead of the fourth due to the holidays. This year is special, a ZOOM Networking Happy Hour with wine, cheese and charcuterie pairings by Central Market. Participants will break out into rooms to network while tasting, with a random shuffle to a different room for each wine. The cost is $35 per participant with FEI underwriting the majority of the expense. This covers three full bottles of quality wine, assorted cheeses, meats, nuts and fruits, enough for several people. We encourage participants to invite their significant others or to have friends over to enjoy the occasion while safely distancing. We want this to be FUN along with the networking!
This “invitation only” event is open to FEI Dallas Chapter members in the In-Transition Membership Category and members of DFW FENG.
Registration is closed for this event. If you are signed up, don’t forget to pick up your Wine Bag at the Cooking School at your designated Central Market location from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday. More details and the Zoom link are available in the event confirmation you received after registering at the FEI Dallas website.

Evolving Provider Relief Fund Reporting & Audit Requirements
COVID-19 has had a significant financial impact on health care providers—and the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) has helped providers weather the storm. That said, the guidance surrounding the PRF has changed significantly and multiple times since the beginning of the pandemic, leaving many organizations to question whether they will be able to retain the awards, and how they will be required to report to federal agencies. Recipients will need to prepare for the upcoming reporting and potential audit requirements related to these funds.
Join us to learn current information about the PRF reporting process and audit requirements as well as best practices on how to account for and track these funds in preparation. Additionally, we’ll discuss the unknowns and clarifications to look for in future guidance.
