FFTA is pleased to announce the election of six new Directors to its Board in 2025. This election follows a robust and competitive nomination process led by FFTA’s Board Development Committee, which had the privilege of considering a strong pool of highly qualified leaders from across the country. After careful evaluation, these six outstanding professionals were elected to bring their expertise, leadership, and passion for child welfare and mental health services to FFTA’s governance.

• Brandon Warner, BA – Vice President of Community Relations & Director of Permanency Services, The Children's Community Programs of Connecticut

• Felicia Kellum, MS – Senior Associate, Family Well-Being Strategy Group, Annie E. Casey Foundation

• Lauree Copenhaver, MA, Ed – Executive Director, Human Services Consultants

• Robert Basler, LCSW-C – Associate Vice President, Arrow Child & Family Ministries

• Shelia Rancatore, MSW – Executive Director, Missouri Programs & Services, Cornerstones of Care



• William Matt, MBA – CEO & President, SAFY (Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth)
