Advantage MPP Announces 'Pay-up' Special for Low Balance Loans
Advantage MPP has announced a pricing Special that is intended to run through the end of the year. The Special allows members to receive price enhancements for loans sold to FHLBank Indianapolis with original loan balances less than or equal to $200,000.
“This is a targeted initiative aimed at borrowers who are at 80% or below the average median income for their area,” said Keith Pempek, Advantage MPP Account Manager. “It’s likely that most borrowers obtaining home loans in this balance range may fit this need category,” Keith added.
To facilitate the pricing Special a price enhancement grid is being distributed to MPP sellers each week. The eligible Mandatory Delivery Contracts (MDCs) created during the pricing Special will be reviewed at the conclusion of each day and the pricing will be enhanced accordingly.
