Laurent Demeure is the founder and CEO of Coldwell Banker France & Monaco, launched in 2011. He opened 18 offices throughout France, which led to the biggest franchise progression in 2013 and 2014 for a Real Estate Organization on the high end segment.
Laurent Demeure has been working in luxury Real Estate in Paris for the last 20 years. He grew up in a real estate family, he began his career by working successfully in executive search and recruitment but quickly returned to his true calling. He took over and redeveloped the family group founded in 1920 by his grandfather and achieved the transformation of the Real Estate company from a local family business into a nationwide leader. He understood that the future of Real Estate lies in the internationalization of large companies and the need to integrate into a global organization and benefit from a recognized brand.
Laurent Demeure has focused on the development of the Coldwell Banker brand in France by opening offices in different strategic regions. Moreover, with his wife Vanda, he made his main office in Paris the number one international Coldwell Banker office. He personally concluded more than 5,000 Real Estate deals and is a luxury Real Estate expert in France. Laurent Demeure is a respected guest speaker around the world where he gives conferences to agents on how to become successful in making a Real Estate business global. He has Master degrees from Sciences Po and Paris Dauphine Universities, and an MBA from Oxford University.
