Alebrijes Short Story Contest
In collaboration with Casa Circulo Cultural, we are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with a Short Story Contest for children: The Dream. Children ages 6 to 14 are encouraged to create a short story based on their observations related to the Alebrijes art exhibition currently on display at Courthouse Square. The Trivia BEE
On October 11, the Redwood City Friends of Literacy will host its 30th Annual Trivia BEE  at CaƱada College.The Trivia BEE promotes literacy awareness, and provides funds for Project READ's tutoring programs serving hundreds of adults, children and families in our community. 
 
Companies and individuals may register to participate as a team or event sponsor. And of course spectators play a big role in the Trivia BEE ($25 tickets). BEE a part of the solution! Register at  triviabee.org !
