Interested in becoming a Head Room Parent Coordinator (HRPC) or Party Planner for your child's classroom this year? Please click here for more information and the opportunity to volunteer. Deadline for signups is Wednesday, September 7. Assignments will be made shortly thereafter.

A separate Kindergarten SignUp Genius for classroom volunteers will be sent out in the late September/early October timeframe.

Help us welcome back Butler students and staff with our annual Chalk the Walk on August 27 and 28! Create a special chalk drawing or message on the school sidewalk that lines the front of the school to the back bus line entrance. This event is BYOC (Bring your Own Chalk).

**Please note: All volunteer opportunities are subject to change based on District guidelines. We ask that you please refrain from cell phone usage during your volunteer shift. Unfortunately, younger siblings are no longer permitted to accompany volunteers. You must have your volunteer clearances completed prior to signing up for lunch duty.

A friendly reminder - in order to volunteer in the classroom, you must have current volunteer clearances through CBSD. The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App to track volunteer clearances. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.
