We have seen changes in our construction workplaces around medical marijuana and the now legalization of Cannabis.
What can we do about this and other substances that are being consumed in our workplaces?
In this course we'll look at substance use, what is it and what impact it has on other workplace parties. We'll look at the identification of substances and what we can expect the outcome to be if we do nothing.In addition to this, you will learn what FIT FOR DUTY actually means because its not just about substances in the workplace!
