NORFOLK -- Flagging operations are scheduled on Curlew Drive, beginning Monday, Aug. 12, with traffic reduced to one lane from the I-64 overpass to Kidd Boulevard.
One lane of traffic should be maintained at all times.
The flagging operations, which will continue for two weeks, will allow crews to work safely while finishing the waterline, removing and replacing curb and sidewalk, as well as paving and striping.
