The FLASH Board of Directors elected two new professionals to the roster during the Tuesday, February 9 meeting.

Mike Coyne, Deputy Regional Director, Southern Region for the National Weather Service (NWS), will serve as a non-voting advisor and replaces the longstanding advisor and partner, Steven Cooper. Mike began working with the NWS in 2005. He has since served many different roles, including Meteorologist in Charge, Deputy Director for Performance and Resources, and Deputy Regional Director. He received his M.S. in Meteorology from Texas A&M University.

Tim Robinson, Managing Partner of Global Protection Products and President of the International Hurricane Protection Association (IHPA), will serve as a director.
