Dress Code

Audience: Come comfortable. Jeans to Church Attire are all acceptable.


PreK

Girls

White dresses. Comfortable, dressy shoes. (No sneakers.)

Hair styles and accessories are worn keeping in mind they’re wearing halos.

No jewelry – school policy.

Boys

White shirts. Black pants. Comfortable, dressy shoes.(No sneakers.)

Ties and bowties are optional.

No jewelry – school policy.

Before concert, teachers will add wings & halos that are provided and kept in classroom.

 

 

Kindergarten and 1st grade 

Girls & Boys

Christmas Church Attire. Comfortable, dressy shoes. (No sneakers.)

Hair styles and accessories must not obstruct the view for students standing behind your child.

Girls: Black Dress Clothes, White accents acceptable. Bottoms ankle-length.

Boys: Black Dress Pants, White button down Shirt, Black Socks & Shoes.

Day Of Concerts

Tuesday December 5: PreK, Kinder and 1st

Call Time:

5:00 students report to their classrooms

Nativity Characters report to Music Classroom to dress


Pick Up:

Students must be picked up from their respective classrooms/teacher. For security reasons no students can be taken from stage/gym.


Tuesday December 5: 2nd, 3rd

Call Time:

6:30 students report to their classrooms

Thursday December 7: Band

Call Times:

6:00 Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble

6:15 Concert Band, 5th Grade Band

6:30 4th Grade



Tuesday December 12: Strings & Bells

Call Times:

Mr. Everts will be available by the piano to help tune instruments.

6:15 Prelude - unpack cases in hallway, come onto stage to get instrument tuned, find seat.

6:30 Suzuki - find name on stage floor, unpack violin & rosen bow then leave case open on your name tag on stage.
