Hello to all fellow Colleagues of the FAEC!
Please allow me to formerly introduce myself to you all as I would like to be your new representative for the NetJets Flight Attendant Executive Council (FAEC).
My name is Rogelio N. Gan to many of you may know me as "Jay". I have been with NetJets for 3 years. I can assure you however that I have been in the Aviation Industry for far longer. My industry experience takes me to a 20+ years in both Commercial Airlines and Corporate Private Aviation some to name as early as Chautauqua (Republic) Airways to 12+ years with JetBlue Airways both as a Flight attendant as well as a Trainer for 4+ years with JetBlue. When it comes to Union representation and familiarization with contract legality this area is one in which I have all been a part of from former experience! I truly believe that there is no better representation for "US" the actual face of the company than your own colleagues. I ask of you to please consider me to represent you for this upcoming (FAEC Executive Council).
In closing. I would like to Thank you for your time. Be well. In Solidarity.
Best Regards,
Rogelio N. Gan "Jay"

Andrew Collis-Prather
Hello, my name is Andrew Collis-Prather and I would like to tell you a little about who I am and why I am running for the FAEC.
I live in Minnesota with husband Will with our children.
I started my flying career in 1995 at Sun Country Airlines, then quickly made the transition to a legacy airline at Northwest where I flew for 10 years. During that time I was an advocate and volunteer for the Union. This work included, organizing rallies, speaking to the media post 9-11, being on the Executive Board representing over 12,000 Flight Attendants and finally being a base representative, handling everyday grievances and disciplinary issues with management.
After leaving Northwest Airlines at the end of 2005, I joined NetJets in February of 2006 and have been here ever since.
While at NetJets I have been directly involved in organizing our Flight Attendants. I was elected to the Negotiating committee in 2011 and was charged with the daunting task of negotiating the current 2015 contract. I stood resolutely, along with my fellow negotiating committee members, and refused to accept the concessionary agreement that was thrust upon us by management. It took us over 4 years, but we were determined to preserve the amazing medical benefits, the scheduling flexibility and compensation that we deserved. Since then, I have remained involved through advocacy and volunteer work.
There are three names on the ballot, and I have no doubt that each of us are running with similar goals in mind. If elected I look forward to representing and defending your integrity as the world class Flight Attendant's you are.
Respectfully,
---------------------------------------------

Dear Flight Attendant Colleagues:
I am writing this letter to express my sincere interest in being considered for the Flight Attendant Executive Council position, to ask for your support and vote, and to provide you with some of my background information.
I currently reside in Cincinnati, OH. I am married, have two dogs, and enjoy supporting the community. I am originally from Detroit, MI and have been in the Cincinnati area now for twenty years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates Degree in Restaurant Management. I have been working in the travel industry for over twenty years and have proven experience as a successful Flight Attendant, have the knowledge of what our job entails, and fully acknowledge the partnership we must have as a membership with our Union and our Company.
I would consider it a great privilege and opportunity to represent our Flight Attendants and especially our junior flight team members who are newcomers to our CBA and still learning the language and what it all means. I welcome the leadership opportunity and believe I can provide a confident and persuasive voice to management on behalf of the Flight Attendants.
I firmly believe our FAEC must be well balanced for the benefit of all members - for juniors, seniors, for Standard Range, Long Range, and for Dual Qualified on all aircraft. Our position on the seniority list, as well as our fleet designation, can bring joys and challenges to our work environment. I am Dual Qualified and know the challenges of working multiple aircraft types.
My greatest desire is that we are well represented as world-class Flight Attendants across the NetJets organization. My ability to collaborate with peers and partner with management has been demonstrated during the course of my fourteen years with NetJets.
As a FAEC representative, I will guarantee the continuation of strong union representation going forward and secure a brighter tomorrow for all of us. Your vote for me will ensure equal and fair representation under our 2015 Agreement.
Thank you!
