Every non-profit knows they should evaluate their programs. But in an environment where every dollar and hour counts, evaluation often becomes an afterthought. How do organizations overcome this? By understanding why it is important and integrating a data and evaluation mindset into your culture. This training will provide actionable ways to include data and evaluation practices into everyday operations, measure your impact effectively, make data-driven decisions, enhance your overall performance, and better tell your story. It will focus on both concrete evaluation techniques and how to get buy-in from all levels of your organization in a realistic way. We will address specific challenges your organization faces and develop potential solutions. Whether they are experienced at using data or just hoping to build a simple system, attendees will leave this training with a better appreciation for how evaluation can improve their work and support their mission.
