Can you believe it?! FLO has managed another lap around the sun. At the end of the month we turn 7. And what a year it has been!

We've stretched and strengthened, we've toned and tightened, and we've calmed and centred. But more importantly, we've further connected our community :)

I asked our tiny, smiley mascot, Pip, what we should do to celebrate our bday.... and she suggested we give you a gift....Hooray!!

In other buzzy news, coming soon, you'll be able to grab a jar of FLO Local Honey!!

Collected less than 150m from FLO, our honey is sweet and aromatic... perfect on a slice of buttery toast, dolloped on greek yoghurt.... or spooned straight from the jar ;)

The FLO bees have been busy making trips to the giant Loquat Tree in Beaconsfield Reserve, The Palm Trees along Beaconsfield st and the Citrus and Papaya trees in Gaz's backyard, and are ready to share their sweetness with you.
