Can you believe it?! FLO has managed another lap around the sun. At the end of the month we turn 8. And what a year it has been!

We've stretched and strengthened, we've toned and tightened, and we've calmed and centred. But more importantly, we've further connected our community :)

I asked Pippi - our tiny smiley mascot (who is suddenly almost 2 herself) what we should do to celebrate our bday.... and she suggested we all "eat a bowl of honey"..... but since that isn't practical, instead we are giving you something just as sweet....

To help maintain your FLOmentum through the chilly season, we are loading you up with cheap classes.

Until the end of June, when you buy a 12 Pack Special, we'll give you 8 extra classes FOR FREE!

Like magic, your 12 pack becomes a 20 pack. Alacazam!

That makes FLO Yoga and Reformer Pilates classes the cheapest on the beaches by an absolute mile!! It's almost worth posting about online ;)

The 20 Packs are 1 per person, and have a 12 month expiry, which activates at your first booking... so you won't run out of time if you already have some existing passes to use up first.

In other buzzy news, coming soon, you'll be able to grab a jar of FLO Local Honey!!

Collected less than 150m from FLO, our honey is sweet and aromatic... perfect on a slice of buttery toast, dolloped on greek yoghurt.... or spooned straight from the jar ;)

The FLO bees have been busy making trips to the giant Loquat Tree in Beaconsfield Reserve, The Palm Trees along Beaconsfield st and the Citrus and Papaya trees in Gaz's backyard, and are ready to share their sweetness with you.
