FM+ Panel Billing Guidance
We're happy to release our NEW FM+ Panel Payment Billing Guide. The new panel payments are an integral aspect of the new remuneration model complementing traditional fee-for-service with more stable, predictable revenue. These new panel payments replace Comprehensive Care Management (CCM) tariffs and ensure every patient enrolled in your panel is included.
NEW Learn more about how billing will work in our FM+ Panel Payment Billing Guide.
You will also find a listing of eligible ICD codes for the expanded list of qualifying diagnoses.
Preparing Your Panel
Our newest how-to guide provides tips on preparing and maintaining your panel to ensure you aren’t missing any FM+ funding to support your practice. While similar to CCM tariffs, FM+ casts a much wider net, including patients of all ages and a broader list of diagnoses. This means it is vital to update and maintain your enrolled panel list and patient records to optimize the billing that relies on this data.

Rate Table Finalized, Vendors Notified
Doctors Manitoba worked closely with Manitoba Health to finalize the rate table as early as possible to ensure physicians and vendors have time to prepare for the new suite of tariffs.
NEW You can view the rate table here.
Vendors have been notified by Manitoba Health about the rate table and the expectation to be ready by April 1. Doctors Manitoba is organizing an information session for vendors, and we have recommended they develop simplified and automated solutions to claim FM+ tariffs based on the patient enrollment and disease diagnoses on file.
