Please join us in celebrating all that God has done and continues to do in our lives by sharing what you are thankful for on one of the leaves placed on a column next to our "Thanksgiving Tree," which is beautifully erected in the lobby of our Friends for Life Building. Simply write what you're thankful for on one of the leaves and gently place your leaf on one of the branches our "Thanksgiving Tree". At the base of the tree, you will find boxes for us to collect items for our 3rd Annual Winter Drive for the Homeless as a way of showing our thanks for provisions God has made in our own lives. Happy Thanksgiving!! We truly have so much to Thank God for!!

Gideon Defeats the Midianites Judges 7:16-22 The Midianites had suppressed the children of Israel for seven years. God called Gideon, and Gideon doubted. He called men from other tribes to come help, and even asked God for a sign. He had to many men and God told him to send some home, only 300 remained. Gideon divided them into 3 groups and gave every man a trumpet and a pitcher with a lamp inside, and surrounded the Midianites camp. The Victory That night they blew their trumpets, broke the pitcher, held the lamps and cried the sword of the Lord, and of Gideon. The Midianites stood and then began to fight amongst themselves.
