Virginia and West Virginia
The emergency conditions caused by winter storm damage and heating and other fuel shortages in these six States have not abated.
Carriers and drivers providing direct assistance by transporting the following items are granted emergency relief from CFR 49 Parts 390-399, except as restricted.
supplies
goods
equipment
heating fuels including propane, natural gas, and heating oil
other fuel products including gasoline
transportation of people into and from the affected states
other assistance in the form of emergency services
This declaration is in effect until the end of the emergency (as defined in 49 CFR § 390.5) or until 11:59 P.M. (ET), March 19, 2021, whichever is sooner.
