Celebrating your Family Strengths Your family unit is strong and unique. Part of staying prepared for tomorrow means focusing on what makes your family strong and able to handle challenges. What are some traits or skills you appreciate in your family members?

Skills Spotlight Spring is a time of seasonal transition and when some military families prepare to move to a new duty station. When experiencing change, a family meeting can be just the thing to get everyone on the same page! During the meeting, each family member has a place to share their feelings, ask questions and support each other. Learn more about holding your own family meeting!

Celebrating our Four-legged Family Members For families choosing to have a pet, they can be a great source of support and stability during challenging times. If you have been following along on our FOCUS Facebook page you may have seen some new faces gracing your feed during the first FOCUS Pet Ambassador contest!  From FOCUS FOCUS World is an interactive website where families can build on their strengths, even if they are apart. The whole family can play together and explore Feeling Fox's family home. Two new activities, a virtual calming jar and silly stories game, are great for taking a break when things get hectic.
