We are thrilled that the spring season is finally here and extend a special welcome to our new crew families! I am not sure about your household, but the taste of warmer weather, daylight savings time, vaccination progress, and of course the rigging of boats has brought a new level of excitement to our house!! Although we are all still taking it one day at a time, I know that I am feeling hopeful. We have a lot to look forward to over the next few months; regattas in April and May, potentially some regional and national racing, celebrating our athletes and especially our seniors at our banquet in June, and hopefully lots of time on the water. However, no matter what the season brings, the coaches, alumni, and Board members featured in this month's newsletter remind us that being part of a team not only helps develop friendships for a lifetime but also gives us the support to experience those "ah-ah moments" and pursue what you really love!
So here's to spring, staying safe, and celebrating the sport!
