Participants reviewed our new Secondary Transition Community of Practice Directory and reflected on how they might use it to support their work in the coming year. Participants also explored OSSE's Secondary Transition Resource Hub, identified resources they would recommend and like to see, and discussed topics the Community of Practice should address in the future. Thank you all for your enthusiasm, engagement, and feedback! We hope to see everyone again soon!
