PRESIDENTIAL FODDER Before we break for summer and start up the barbeque, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the organising committee of the 2022 Canadian Food Summit: Chair Yvonne Yuan, Vice-Chair Lisa Duizer and committee members Marcia English, Francois Girard, Dana McCauley, Fernanda Peyronel and Jenny Tian for an outstanding job.   The 2022 conference was a tremendous success with over 70 presenters, 55 Posters and 290 attendees.
