RIVER VALLEY CITY ELDERS
WELCOMES
CITY DIRECTOR NEAL MARTIN
AS WE ENJOY FOOD WITH NEAL!
YOUR ADMISSION:
YOUR FAVORITE SWEET OR SALTY SNACK
Please join RVCEs in Welcoming Neal Martin, Fort Smith City Director, Position 7 At Large and join us for another opportunity to EAT together! Yes, we love to partake of finger foods and sweets on occasion, and this time, even some baked goodies from the renovated
kitchen at the Cavanaugh Center!
CD Neal will be educating us on how the office of City Director operates in Fort Smith compared to other communities, on current & upcoming issues, and more! He will also answer any of your questions.
Neal Martin is now serving his 2nd term as City Director. He believes he "has got the heart of the people and that he understands where they come from." He is one of the most transparent CDs posting weekly videos to Facebook about what the board did that week and
what he expects it to look at next.
Neal's heart is to "give back to the city I love." Neal grew up in Fort Smith, attended elementary, junior high, & high school in FS, then moved to Kansas City after graduating from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. There was an unmistakable draw back to Fort Smith to live and raise my family. Martin's wife and he "love raising our five children in Fort Smith, and saw an opportunity to help Fort Smith grow, prosper, and thrive."
Martin works as IT director of Shared Services Center.
