FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: NCHS and TAF Announce $300,000 for the Arts!

Lafayette, Indiana - The Tippecanoe Arts Federation (TAF) is pleased to announce that North Central Health Services (NCHS) will fund a new round of capital projects grants for arts and cultural organizations in Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White Counties. Since 2004, NCHS has provided over two million dollars in funding for the arts community through grant opportunities administered by TAF. Through this year's competitive grant program, a total of $300,000 will be awarded to nonprofit organizations for capital projects.

"For the past thirteen years, NCHS has made funds available to North Central Indiana's cultural sector. We are grateful to have an organization like NCHS recognize that capital projects can spur growth for arts organizations, which in turn contributes to the quality of life and economic development throughout our region," said Tippecanoe Arts Federation's Executive Director Tetia Lee. "We are thrilled to once again offer this opportunity to our constituents."

"NCHS appreciates the Tippecanoe Arts Federation's dedication to this program and the work of their highly qualified panel of volunteer reviewers from arts organizations throughout the state," said Stephanie Long, President and Chief Executive Officer for NCHS.
