Palm Beach County Canvassing Board Certifies Election Results for Special Primary Election for U.S. House of Representatives, District 20
PBC Supervisor of Elections transmits certification of official returns to FL Division of Elections

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL – The Palm Beach County Canvassing Board has certified the election results in the Special Primary Election for U.S. House of Representatives, District 20.

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections transmitted the official election returns to the Florida Department of State Division of Elections shortly after 5:00 p.m. A machine and manual recount of ballots was conducted on November 5, 2021.

Military and overseas mail ballots that were postmarked by the November 2, 2021 Election Day had until November 12, 2021, for their ballot to return to ensure their vote counts.

“The Special Primary Election in Palm Beach County was safe, smooth and successful, thanks to the voters of Congressional District 20, the dedication of our hard-working poll workers and staff, and the professionalism of the candidates and their campaigns. The feedback we have received from voters regarding their experience at the polls was overwhelmingly positive, which was incredibly encouraging given the ongoing pandemic and with many voters using ExpressVote for the first time ever to cast their ballot early,” said Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Wendy Sartory Link of the election.

Palm Beach County’s official election results from the Special Primary can be found at www.VotePalmBeach.gov. Final elections results for the Special Primary Election, which includes Broward County, can be found on the Florida Division of Elections website at floridaelectionwatch.gov/Home.
