The move brings Kim Novak's brain trust of speakers, facilitators, and subject-matter experts, along with her acclaimed curriculum in student organization health & safety, hazing prevention, and accountability, into Plaid's growing portfolio of learning experiences.
Founded in 2009, NovakTalks! has become a trusted name in higher education, known for student-centered, evidence-based programming delivered from an authentic and engaging approach. Over the years, Kim Novak, Founder & CEO, and her team have facilitated community work at more than 250 college campuses, led conversations with well over 100,000 students, and partnered with more than 50 organizations and teams across multiple campuses.
Kim also serves as Dean of the Fraternity Executive Association's Interfraternity Institute and has led the establishment of the Interdisciplinary Institute for Hazing Prevention, the nation's longest standing institute for hazing prevention.
