RALEIGH, NC — Endgame Consulting is proud to announce that one of its founders, Conrad Pogorzelski III, has been named the Impact Award Winner in the 2025 America’s Rising Republican Operatives (ARRO) “30 Under 30” list.
The ARRO list recognizes 30 outstanding operatives from across the United States, selected from political professionals nationwide. Among this elite group, only one individual is chosen each year to receive the Impact Award—an honor given to an operative who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, influence, and results.

Pogorzelski has worked on 40+ campaigns including local, judicial, congressional, and statewide races. His win rate of just under 90% puts him in an elite tier of political consultants. Notable achievements include flipping a seat held by Democrats for over 100 years, winning a Bloomberg-targeted race while outspent 10-1, and serving as North Carolina’s youngest chief of staff.
Working with his partners, Jason Williams and Brandon Craft, they won two of the nation's most expensive congressional primaries in 2024, electing Congressman Mark Harris and Congressman Pat Harrigan. But their success wasn’t limited to campaigns—Endgame Consulting was honored to lead the effort to pass North Carolina’s 2024 Citizens Only Voting Constitutional Amendment, working with a wide array of individuals and organizations to complete the task.
