The Maximum Compensation rate is $1,829.13 for injuries on or after October 1, 2024.

 

The Minimum Compensation rate is $365.83 for injuries on or after October 1, 2024.

CONNECTICUT


(Memorandum 2024-07)

 


For Injuries on or after October 1, 2024:


Temporary and Permanent Total Disability:

  • Maximum weekly compensation benefit is $1,654.00
  • Minimum weekly compensation benefit is the lesser of $330.80 or 75% of the average weekly wage.


Temporary Partial Disability:

  • Maximum weekly compensation benefit is $1,191.00
  • No minimum weekly compensation benefit applies


Permanent Partial Disability:

  • Maximum weekly compensation benefit is $1,191.00
  • Minimum weekly compensation benefit is $50.00

The multiplier as of July 1, 2024 is 1.03711. This multiplier is obtained by dividing the new SAWW by the preceding year’s average weekly wage. 


There is no annual adjustment for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 1993.


There is no adjustment for injuries occurring on or after November 20, 1987 during periods of partial incapacity.
