The Foundation team is acutely aware of the tremendous need in our local communities as a result of Hurricane Ian. Your nominations of charities, as well as your donations to the Foundation, will help our Pelican Sound community to make a difference in the lives of people in need in our area.

NOMINATE YOUR FAVORITE CHARITY

for a GRANT AWARD!

over the last three years, the Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation has awarded $255,000 in grants to 17 local charities that had been nominated by residents of Pelican Sound. These organizations directly serve people in need in Southwest Florida by providing food, shelter, clothing, health, and educational programs such as literacy or job skills.

Once again, residents of Pelican Sound may nominate local charities to be considered for grant funding this year. Organizations must be nominated each year to receive funding, and they must meet the criteria stated above.

The nomination window is open from

Friday, October 14th through Friday, December 2nd

Charities that meet the criterion for funding will be invited to submit a grant application detailing the program or project they are seeking to fund.
