Join the FPA DFW Process Study Group

The FPA DFW Process Study group meets virtually on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 3:00 - 4:00PM. The study group has been meeting as a group of six since July of 2021 and would like to add some additional members to keep it energized and fresh. Jennifer Grant is the coordinator for the group, however, the group does take turns leading each month. Previous topics include:

· Reg BI and the 401k Rollover Compliance Processes

· WFH Policies

· Hiring and training new employees

· On-boarding new clients

· Work flows and templates

· Working with a process consultant or EOS system and implementing firm vision

· Risk Tolerance Assessments and Investment Policy Statements

· Financial Plan Assumptions
