This 2.0 webinar program fulfills the requirement for CFP Board approved Ethics CE. It is designed to educate CFP® professionals on CFP Board's latest Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct [https://www.cfp.net/ethics/code-of-ethics-and-standards-of-conduct].

The goal of this program is to position the application of CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct as the foundation for ethical financial planning.

Presenter: Curt Weil, CFP®, is a long-time veteran of the profession, past President of FPA Silicon Valley and frequent presenter of Ethics.

Bio: 45+ years as a stockbroker, financial planner, investment advisor; founder of a fee-only firm. Served on national boards of Financial Planning Association and Foundation for Financial Planning; volunteer with CFP Board of Standards; 35 years of teaching financial planning with University of California, Santa Cruz.
