If you have a heart and passion for building connection and inclusion, please consider joining the Outreach Committee! Through participation in community events, creating awareness about our mission at FPC, and providing a welcoming environment for those who are looking for a church to call home, the Outreach Committee offers a wonderful chance to create meaningful impact. If you'd like to join us, please email Verna Rydlund at vrydlund@gmail.com or Anne Keener at akeener@fpcfranklin.org.

Guests- we would like to get to know you better. Whether you have worshiped with us once or for months, join us in the Parlor (room off the courtyard). We look forward to sharing how God is at work through First Presbyterian. Contact Anne Keener for details.

We are collecting the following items:

Over the counter pain relievers for adults & children, prenatal vitamins, multivitamins, antibiotic ointment, reading glasses, AA/AAA batteries, black pepper, protein powder and baby formula.

Collection bin will be located in Wilson Hall next to the Basic Essentials cart.

Our mission team will be in Cuba April 20-27.

Following the Reception for Chris and Kim Joiner, we invite you to stay for the Spring Potluck. Bring a dish to share and enjoy the food and fellowship.

***No need to bring a dessert as we will have cake from the reception.***

The need for Meals on Wheels is greater than ever in our community, and our ministry has the following immediate needs:

Volunteers - drivers/riders for a couple of routes

Volunteers - Kitchen helpers

Donations - You can make one-time or ongoing donations ear marked for Meals on Wheels through FPC and this coming month we have the opportunity to participate in the FUMC's Run for Missions which will be supporting Franklin Community Meals on Wheels this year.

Please prayerfully consider supporting Meals on Wheels with your time, your financial support, and your prayers. The time commitment is 1 day per month for less than 2 hours which is a small amount of time that comes with great reward.

If you have any questions or want to volunteer,

please contact Tiffany Bechtel.

Join us for a lovely day connecting with your church family,

enjoying live jazz music.

Please remember no outside alcohol is permitted. We'll be near the entrance (location on Facebook that afternoon). Golf carts are available for transportation up the hill. Consider bringing camp chairs.

We plan to secure picnic tables. See you there!

Call Anne at 615-615-0653 if you have questions.
