Spice up your night with a Fiesta! On Wednesday, April 23 at 6 PM, our own Eric England will be serving up delicious burrito bowls and loaded nachos, piled high with mouthwatering smoked meats and vegetarian options like black beans, grilled vegetables, and guacamole.

The FPC Mission Committee invites you to join us for a fun and interactive night of celebration and consideration. We will have mission highlights around the room of people and places we have interacted with, upcoming opportunities to sign up for or find out about, people to ask questions of. We will be ready at 5:40 PM for any who want to look around ~ dinner at 6 PM. At the tables we will begin conversations of our own mission backgrounds, and then a bit of brainstorming together to end the night. Whether you are new to the church or born here, come and join the conversation!

The fiesta is free, and we’d love for you to join us! Please sign up to attend and let us know on the signup if you can bring a potluck dessert!

In collaboration with United4Hope, we will assemble 175 “Thank You” bags, in appreciation of the teachers at Poplar Grove before the Mission Fiesta on April 23. Volunteers are invited to arrive at 5:30 PM, before the Fiesta and together we will assemble and load these gifts.

Please contact Katie Oldham or Katie Gottlieb to share your ideas.

Join us for our Exploration Sunday School Class in Room 209 or via Zoom as we delve into Jon Meacham's "The Hope of Glory: Reflections on the Last Words of Jesus from the Cross." Meacham explores Jesus's final words, revealing their message of love, grace, and mercy, and their profound impact on Christianity. Contact Doug Halleen for more details.

On Sunday, May 4, FPC will be honoring our students who are graduating high school with Senior Sunday! We'll have a special worship service, with seniors preaching the sermon, and afterward all are invited to attend a special luncheon and presentation in the seniors' honor.

This is a nice, catered meal, and so we ask that non-family members of the graduates pay for the lunch. Cost is $10/adult or youth; $5/child; $25/family maximum. You can submit payment in advance here or wait until the day of.

Come celebrate our graduates' amazing accomplishment!

We will be unloading goods, setting up, and distributing food to those who need it in the community. Families and children are encouraged to participate (with supervision). Sign up today!

Make a difference! ❤️ Donate blood at our Red Cross drive on May 18. You'll receive a $20 e-gift card and a shot at winning a U.S. trip for two! Sign up now.
