Vanco Giving Update

We are pleased to announce our new and improved online giving page! Vanco, our eGiving provider, has updated their online giving platform to make it easier than ever to make one-time gifts or set up recurring donations to our church. The new page will be live on our site on Sunday, August 13^th. Nothing about our online giving has changed except the look of the page. You can adjust existing donations, set up new gifts and update personal information from the new Vanco Online.

How Do You Sign Up with Vanco Online?

It’s easy! If you’re a new giver to First Pres Franklin, visit our website, click on Giving, and follow the instruction to create a Vanco Online account. From there, you can read more about our mission and give to our ministries.

If you already have a Vanco account, you can log in using the same username and password as before. To do this, visit our online giving page and click the “Log In” button at the top right of your screen. From there you can update scheduled donations or set up new recurring gifts by clicking “Profile” and then “View Scheduled Donations.”

Fall Growth Groups

We will be reading Learning to Walk in the Dark by Barbara Brown Taylor this fall.

Growth Groups will meet for 8 weeks beginning the week of September 10. Look for group information in the Friday email this week.

If you enjoy the fellowship, coffee and conversation that happens between Sunday School and worship service each week, consider helping us once a quarter by becoming a Common Grounds volunteer! You will help prepare the coffee and set up the refreshment table on the Sundays you are scheduled. Training on the coffee preparation to be provided on 8/20 and 9/10 at 7:30am (and additionally as needed). Join us for an interactive learning journey where you will receive tools to discover and leverage your strengths during three 90-minute sessions with lunch provided (8/27, 9/10 & 9/17). We will explore these strengths and find out how to use our talents to find our true calling. Register by 8/18 HERE!
