This week's scripture for reflection: Matthew 22:34-46

Lebanon Mission Trip Update: Due to the conflict in the Middle East, we have decided to cancel our Lebanon Mission Trip. We will reschedule a visit to our partners there in the future once issues have settled down. We continue in prayer for the people of Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, and throughout the region, and we are grateful for the support and ministry of Presbyterian Mission Coworker Elmarie Parker. We will continue to collect medicine until Nov. 1; all collected items will be shared with refugee families who are resettled in the Nashville area.

This reminder is for all who registered for the Women's Retreat

Friday, November 3 - Sunday, November 5 at beautiful NaCoMe.

The theme this year is "Encountering the Divine," led by Rachel Jorstad.

We have room for more. Contact Kim Joiner today

if you can join for part or all of the retreat!

Sisters in Spirit will start a new book discussion on Friday, November 3, at 10:00 AM in the church parlor. We will read a book called Rediscovering Israel: A Fresh Look at God's Story in It's Historical and Cultural Context by Kristi McLelland. Women of the church are welcome to join us for lively discussions, prayer, and supportive fellowship. Contact Martha Johnson or Cindy Blackburn for more information.

All men are invited to participate. No scholars here, simply men seeking to know God's Word in practical ways.

Interested in volunteering? Sign up here.

The Moore family will be leaving NaCoMe and transitioning to their next chapter in 2024 and moving back to their home state, South Carolina. Ryan (Flash) will be working with his camp consulting agency full-time, while Sam works remotely for camp through the transition. They have been at NaCoMe for 9 years and have had a great deal of impact at camp. Please send cards by Dec. 1.

WNL Dinner reservations are needed by the Sunday prior. Click here to make your reservation today. Suggested pricing: $10/adult/youth & $5/child with $25 family max. Come join us for some midweek fun around the table.

Being Mortal is an educational series to help you make decisions for a better quality of life when a serious illness, medical emergency, or advanced aging disrupts the norm. There is a special workshop on November 11.
