Prayer Shawl Ministry

The Prayer Shawl Ministry will not meet on Labor Day, but will resume meeting on the first and third Monday of each month starting back September 19. They love new members! So whether you have been knitting or crocheting for years or want to learn,
contact Karen Hanson to learn more. (
Visitation Ministry
Since the team began their first visits in February of 2018, they have made 363 visits to our homebound members, supplemented by 303 phone calls and 205 notes or cards sent during the pandemic when they were unable to visit due to Covid restrictions. The goal of this ministry is to have someone visit each of our homebound members at least once a month sharing news of current church activities and closing with prayer – all to communicate that our church family still cares about them. If you would like to serve in this ministry, contact Karen Hanson.
