Upcoming Mission and Outreach Opportunities
Main Street Festival
Help us share our story with the Franklin community! FPC is putting together a booth for Franklin’s Main Street Festival on April 27 and 28. We’ll have swag and church information to share with passerby’s. Sign up for a shift at www.signupgenius.com/go/4090c4eaeac2fa3f85-main and be an ambassador for FPC.

Email Claire Crunk ( princessblues28@gmail.com) with any questions or to help plan!
On Wednesday, April 24 at 6:00, we will host our first “Flapjack Giveback” dinner to celebrate a year of mission! Join us for a pancake dinner as we honor our Room In The Inn volunteers and share presentations from both our spring mission trips.

If you have a griddle or if you’re willing to help us flip pancakes, reach out to Mary Sellers Shaw at msshaw@fpcfranklin.org.
A special thanks to Namaste Anderson and Sue Banner for their leadership this year! We are grateful to everyone who volunteered as an InnKeeper, bus driver, ride along, set up, or brought breakfast or lunch for our guests. Thanks also to the Baha'i communities who supported this ministry during the holidays. We couldn't do it without all of you!
Red Cross Blood Drive Cancellation

Due to staffing issues, the Red Cross is not able to host our upcoming blood drive on May 5. We will provide alternate options for other drives when we have further information. We continue to support this cause and recognize the importance of
giving blood to save a life!
New Members
It is with great joy that we welcome our newest members who joined on Sunday,
April 7. Look for more information about them in the May newsletter, and please introduce yourself if you haven't already met.

April 14 - Mary Sellers Shaw Installation

On April 14 in both services Mary Sellers Shaw will be installed by a commission of the Presbytery of Middle Tennessee as our Associate Pastor. We encourage everyone to be present for this day of celebration.

There will be a reception for both Mary Sellers Shaw and Anne Keener at 10:30 that morning in Wilson Hall. We will honor both of them on the recent ordination and installation of Mary Sellers Shaw and on Anne Keener being named as Commissioned Pastor for our church by the Presbytery of Middle Tennessee.

We look forward to this day with great joy.
