Presbytery Meeting at FPC

FPC is hosting the next Presbytery meeting on Thursday, February 14. Volunteers are needed to register guests, set up for lunch, assist with parking, and offer general hospitality. During this meeting, Anne Keener will be approved as a Commissioned Pastor, and Mary Sellers Shaw will be examined to be ordained and called as our Associate Pastor. This will be a day of celebration for our congregation, and we welcome all to help things run smoothly! If you are interested in volunteering, email Jerry Houston at jerrybhouston@gmail.com.
Upcoming Mission Opportunities
FPC is collecting coats for our Room In The Inn guests! Men's and women's coats can be donated in the Basic Essentials bins in Wilson Hall.

Volunteers are also needed for upcoming RITI dates, especially male InnKeepers. Find out more ways to get involved here.
Did you know that GraceWorks spends $1000 a month on toilet paper for its neighbors? Bring toilet paper to the Basic Essentials Cart so we can help take care of this basic need.
Meals on Wheels is a great way to volunteer monthly or one-time to help connect our community to a needed hot meal. Interested in cooking or driving for Meals on Wheels? Contact mission@fpcfranklin.org and we'll get you set up.
Looking to support one of our community partners? Email mission@fpcfranklin.org for more information about each of these opportunities.
Thank you to those who donated or attempted to donate at this drive! Be sure to add the next blood drive, scheduled for May 5, 2019 in Wilson Hall, to your calendar!
