Hymns:
Brethren, We Have Met to Worship
Every Time I Feel the Spirit
Open My Eyes, That I May See
Many in our congregation know first-hand what a gift a meal during a difficult time means. Countless times we have heard comments like,
" I had no idea how much a meal(s) would help as we were dealing with life."
or
"I wasn't expecting to feel God's love through a meal, but that is exactly what I felt."

Thank you to all our amazing cooks and meal deliverers along with
our faithful Meal Ministry Coordinator, Sue Mahurin.
We are grateful for all of you!
If you would like to help reflect God's love on others by providing a meal,
contact Sue Mahurin at [email protected] or 615-516-7013.

“… choose seven from among you who are known to be
full of the Spirit and wisdom . . . they were presented to the apostles,
who prayed and laid their hands on them .” - Acts 6: 3,6

Following the example of the early church, we commissioned our newest Stephen Ministers and Stephen Leader on Sunday, June 23.  Darcie Cross, Rachael Stanfill, and Mary Jane Wormer have completed the training and are ready to join our current Stephen Ministers in providing distinctive, one on one Christian care to members of our congregation and surrounding community. Judi Arnold attended the Leadership Training Course in St. Louis for a week in April and has joined our Stephen Leader team. Let’s welcome our newest additions to our Stephen Ministry by praying for them and thanking them for giving of their time and energy.

When you or someone you know is overwhelmed with life, contact our Stephen Ministry. To find out more information call our confidential voicemail at 615-746-7888 or email [email protected].

Would you like to help with the RideShare Ministry but aren’t able to commit to every Sunday? You can join a group rotation. To learn more, email [email protected] or call Jane Herron (615.579.7466) or Steve Lewis (615.414.0047). This is a wonderful way to serve and connect with others.
