Congratulations! If you're receiving this email, it's because you're between the ages of 23 and 40 and are considered a young adult. (Or at least young adult-ish.) Young adulthood is a strange stage of life, and it looks different for different people. Whether you're on Tinder or you have a ten year old, you are welcome here!

The program will cover the impact of environmental factors in brain development and coping strategies. Kristin Foster will explore the relationship between early childhood experiences and adult anxiety, depression and coping skills
Weekly Highlight
Congregational Breakfast

Come celebrate and support our youth by enjoying a delicious breakfast on Sunday, February 24, in Wood Fellowship Hall, 9:30-11 a.m. Enjoy pancakes, spinach-egg casserole, sausage-egg casserole, grits, fruit and Cheerios for the young and young-at-heart.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-11; children ages 4 and younger eat free. Register online.
Funds raised will support the Youth Ministry Mission Fund.
You can also stop by the Giving Wall in the Historical Lobby on Sundays through February 27. You can also donate here.
Lenten Book Read: Life of the Beloved

Henri Nouwen’s book Life of the Beloved: Spiritual Living in a Secular World will help us learn more about what it means to live in the knowledge that we are beloved and how we can reflect this belovedness into the world. Books are available for sale and a companion booklet for all ages will be available by March 1. Two Sunday morning Formation classes, the Good Samaritan Class and Passages.
