Pearland's first all inclusive playground - Last Call for Donations!

The Ed Thompson Inclusive Park, Pearland’s first inclusive playground, is currently under construction (see the progress in the photo above!), and we anticipate that the ribbon-cutting ceremony will be scheduled for March 2023. Thank you to the many individual and business sponsors who have helped make this playground a reality for our community.

Mayor Cole's Second Annual Charity Golf Event is April 17th!

We are excited to announce that registration for players and sponsors is now open for Mayor Kevin Cole’s Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament that benefits our Foundation’s Inclusive Playground initiative. The 2023 tournament will be Monday, April 17, at Golfcrest Country Club.

Thank you for participating in Tour de Lites!

We were humbled and amazed by the number of riders and creatively decorated bicycles that participated in the 29^th Annual Tour De Lites event on Saturday, Dec. 10, at Independence Park. More than 100 individuals rode their bikes or rode on the trailer hayride to tour the lights at Pearland’s Green Tee Terrace community.

Congratulations to the winners of the bicycle-decorating contest, who each received a gift certificate courtesy of our sponsor, Pearland Bicycles:

Turkey Trot Thanks!

Runners gobbled up the chance for a Thanksgiving morning run in the Pearland Turkey Trot.
