The Booster Blast
President Trump didn’t see his shadow at Tuesday night’s State of The
Union. . . Spring is on the way!!!

It’s February and love is in the air. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, our thoughts go to warm and fuzzy things-to sweethearts, hugs & kisses, and...The Booster Club Comedy Fundraiser on March 3rd!!!!

Come see headliner Daren Dillon, FPM Football Knight, Class of 1988-the more things change, the more they stay the same.
We encourage everyone to ring in March with a few laughs. It’s a great night out and it's for the kids!

We’re getting down to the wire. Take a look at the flyer below and go ahead and order your tickets. You’ll be happy you did.

'Take 5' with Coach Mosie
Introducing FPM’s Miss Mosie. Most days Coach Mosie can be found...everywhere!

From her classroom time teaching English to her involvement with The National Honor Society, cross country track and as head coach of the girls gymnastics team, Coach Mosie gets around.

Thanks Coach, for all you do to help make FPM special for our kids.

The Shield

Shane Palmer is Editor-in-Chief of FPM’s school newspaper, The Shield. Shane and his staff do an outstanding job. Click the link below for insightful sports articles and more from The Shield. Sports coverage in The Shield rivals that of Newsday and The Post-no joke.
The Junior Booster Club
With Varsity girls and boys Basketball playoffs assured, The Junior Boosters are stocked up and ready for the home games. Club President Dylan Cummings, in between his responsibilities as President of Class of 23 and working the booster tables, is planning the JBC end of season road trip-he promises it will be a good one!
Stop by the selling tables and say hello to Dylan! Reply to this email if your son or daughter is interested in joining the Junior Booster Club to work the games and The Shack.
Booster Park
We’ll be kicking off our engraved brick fundraiser next week. FPM senior David Talero built a brick patio behind school as part of his Boy Scout Eagle Scout project. David and his team did a great job-it’s beautiful. Pavers will be replaced with custom engraved bricks to memorialize your time at FPM. Whether you’re just starting at FPM, about to graduate or have been gone a while, you’ll have a chance to leave your permanent mark at your school. It’s a great way to remember teams, groups of friends, and relatives too!
DJ Mike
Meet DJ Mike 'Liz's Husband' Matich. Music may soothe the savage beast, but in the case of FPM's DJ Mike, it's Opposite Day. DJ Mike is the dad of senior hoopster
'The Real' Mike Matich. Mike volunteers to spin discs during warm ups and at halftime at the boys varsity basketball games.
Mike's pumping and thumping beats keep the energy up and the adrenaline flowing on the court and in the bleachers!
Nice work, Mike. Thanks for looking out!

March Madness at Club Booster!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year… there’s only 35 days ‘til  ‘Selection Sunday’ !

The Booster Club is celebrating the season by making ‘Booster Brackets’ available for $30.

If you’ve never participated in an NCAA March Madness pool, don’t worry about a thing--jump right in--our bracket advisors are waiting by the phones to walk you through it.

All you need to know is that it’s fun, it gives you a reason to watch college hoops, and it’s fun---oops, said that already.

Action item:
Click the link below to buy in.
You’ll be added to the Booster Brackets pool, and we we’ll put you on the Booster Brackets email for updates and instructions…easy peasy.

You won’t need to do much between now and March 17th. Come March 17th, you’ll fill out your brackets and start watching games. Like we said…easy peasy.

It goes without saying that winners of the Booster Boxes Super Bowl pool (and Patsy Locasto - making sure she's reading this :) are expected to participate…in a big way.

It’s a 50/50 proposition-half the pot goes to the kids.

We’ll talk,
