FPPC Approves Biennial Increases Gift Limits and Contribution Limits for 2023 - 2024 Cycle
For the coming biennial cycle of 2023 – 2024 (1/1/2023 – 12/31/2024), the FPPC has approved some considerable increases in contribution and gift limits.
*Note: Local candidates who are not subject to county or city-imposed contribution limits are now subject to the same contribution limits that apply to candidates for state elective office.
