Good afternoon Safe Passages Family Reunification Providers,

A question was raised regarding the impact of Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, on Family Reunification national and sub-recipient staff.
 
Per USCCB's General Counsel, this does not apply to cooperative agreements, only to government contracts; and only then when the contract is changed to include that requirement going forward.

We will update you if this guidance changes or if we receive additional information from ORR.
