The Terra Firma program was co-founded by Catholic Charities of New York and Montefiote Hospital/Children's Health fund. The program originally provided pediatric, psycho-social, and legal care to unaccompanied children in the Bronx. Over time, the program expanded to include arts, ESL programming, soccer and more. Feel free to review Terra Firma's anniversary report and evaluation. Kudos to Catholic Charities of New York!
