Why does Healthcare Network participate in FRC? "Creating a healthier community goes beyond the four walls of a doctor’s office. Through collaborations with Future Ready Collier, together, we can ensure children and families are healthy and thriving. As we know, a healthier community means less missed school days, less pain or discomfort from health conditions and more opportunities for children to grow and learn!
Healthcare Network is a medical and dental home, where everyone in the community can receive patient-centered, team-based and comprehensive primary healthcare services. We offer a sliding fee discount for eligible patients in need of financial assistance. Patients are not turned away based on their income, insurance or job status.
In 2022, Healthcare Network is celebrating 45 years of caring for the community. As Collier County has expanded so has the healthcare needs of our community. To continue addressing the growing needs, we have created an Outreach Team to bring care, health education and resources into hard-to-reach and underserved communities. You can stay up to date with the team’s COVID-19 testing events and health fairs as well as other community happenings at HealthcareSWFL.org/Calendar.
