Don't let the recent school closings set your training progress back. Here at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports (BJES) and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Sports Medicine Team, our athletic conditioning experts have designed a series of workouts to help you stay fit, strong and healthy during your extended leave from High School Practice.
The FREE workouts are available at TriadXP.com and will be performed using the FREE TriadXP mobile fitness app. The app provides voice and video guidance on how to preform the workouts. It also tracks and logs your workouts. You'll notice some of the exercises show the model using dumbbells or other equipment; if you do not have the exact equipment at home it is not a problem. Get creative and improvise: use books, jugs of water etc as substitutes for weights or don't use any weights at all.
