Are any of the following instruments suitable for your church or home?
As leaders in the church organ industry, we get daily phone calls asking for our help in finding new homes for magnificent instruments that are unfortunately no longer used. Our 6000 sq/ft warehouse is packed with organ pipes, chests, consoles, speakers, equipment and more. With the upcoming projects we have for 2018 and 2019, we need to make some room to build organs, so these instruments and many more are available at unprecedented prices. Call or Email for more information on them.
1997 Mechanical Action Göber II/46
This beautiful tracker is currently sitting unused in a closed church outside of Cleveland and we've been asked by the building's new owner to find a new home for the organ. This instrument cost $600,000 when new 21 years ago and today would cost over a million dollars to build. The case measures just under 32' tall floor to ceiling and approx. 20' wide. We have dozens of additional photos and videos of the organ. It boasts a baroque stop-list but is very warm sounding and would be magnificent in any setting that can accommodate the height of the case. The organ could be easily redesigned to sit on one level if needed. The organ is in mint condition and requires nothing other than dismantle and relocate. Asking price is $365,000 installed.
1968 Casavant Pipe Organ II/26
This organ was just removed from St. Patrick Church in White Lake, MI to make room for the new instrument Covenant Organs installed. The pipe work is in excellent condition save for a few easily repairable bourdon pipes. The chests are original and will need to be releathered along with all of the reservoirs. A new swell box will need to be constructed for the new location. This organ is twenty six ranks across two manuals and pedal, typical 60's Casavant Voicing - warm and robust foundation yet plenty of upper work. A Trumpet and Oboe were prepared for and eventually added although not original Casavant pipe work. This organ would cost over $500,000 if purchased new, and can be rebuilt as new and installed for approx. $250,000.
