My name is Elaine Pendergrass, and I've worked in education and children's ministry for nearly 25 years. I've served in thriving children's ministries and in churches that have very few children engaged. I've worked in churches with lots of volunteers and have spent countless hours begging God to provide volunteers to serve alongside me. I understand how rewarding and challenging children's ministry can be, and I'd love to help enrich your experience so that you can build a sustainable ministry for children and families.
I have the honor to lead a children's ministry cohort for YOU! This cohort is FREE to you (since your District loves its children's ministry leaders)! You'll be part of a monthly virtual get-together where you'll have the chance to meet other children's ministry leaders and learn ways to attract families to your church, how to build volunteer support, and tips and tricks to build a healthy, thriving children's ministry.
