LCUL invites you to join your peers at our FREE roundtables to kick off our brand new Credit Union Connect Conference in Baton Rouge on the afternoon of April 17. 

Attendees will be divided into like sized asset groups for concurrent roundtable sessions with facilitators helping to lead the discussion focused on issues that matter most to your sized credit union.  Don't miss this exciting opportunity to learn from the best resource of all - your peers!

We scheduled the roundtables to fit in your busy schedule! They will begin at 2:30 pm and conclude with a complimentary networking reception to bring all of our attendees together. Although our roundtables are at no cost to you, pre-registration is required.

Roundtable Facilitators include:

Susan Looney has over 26 years of strategic human resources experience in the credit union industry. She frequently consults with credit unions assisting them in developing strategies to improve not only their HR activities, but their culture, communication and the skills of their management teams. In addition to serving for 5 years as a credit union board member, she has also overseen executive searches, HR, financial auditing, strategic planning and compliance consulting.


Buddy Gill, a native of Baton Rouge, serves as CUNA's Membership Engagement Consultant for Louisiana as well as 4 additional southern states. He is a fierce credit union champion and top tier strategist who uses his diverse skill sets to help credit unions grow and succeed. Buddy previously served as Senior Policy and External Relations Advisor under two different NCUA chairmen. He is best known as the key architect behind HR1151 that propelled credit unions into one of the most powerful trade associations in the nation.
